Here is a Victorian high top button boot vase. Made in the mid 50's I think. This piece has outstanding detail and color. It is a good replica of the 1920s high top dress boots, which women wore at that time, and it is made in porcelain with a high gloss green finish. It may have had some gold trim on it at one time. There are no chips, cracks, scratches, or water stains. It is in excellent condition and looks like it was never used as a planter, just as a home décor item. Fine detail was given to the flowers, as well as the whole vase. There are no maker’s marks on it so I have no idea how the manufacture is. It is a beautiful boot vase that would look good in any home.
